Returns

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

It must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags included

A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards

Custom or personalized products

Personal care or hygiene products

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Please note: If the returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging, the refund amount may be reduced accordingly, as permitted under EU consumer protection regulations.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Refund amounts may be partially deducted if the returned item is not in its original condition, shows signs of use, damage, or is missing accessories or packaging

Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the refund
