Is shockwave therapy painful?

Most users feel mild discomfort during the treatment, but it’s generally well-tolerated and temporary.

Can I use the device at home without training?

Yes, our device is designed for home use with clear instructions, though we advise following recommended guidelines or consulting a professional for best results.

Are there any side effects?

Some users may experience mild discomfort, redness, or swelling, which typically subsides shortly after treatment.

Do the SHOCK VITALIZE Mega and Lite use a focused or radial system?

The shockwave therapy device you received is a radial system, designed for non-invasive treatment of soft tissue conditions through radial pressure waves.

Compressor came on but the wand head did not strike /pulsate?

If the gun head isn’t tightened properly, the bullet may jam in the guide tube. Replace it with a new bullet, ensure the rubber particles are evenly set in the handle’s back, and add 1-2 drops of general-purpose machine oil to the bullet to restore the striking action.

Does the filter cup need water added?

The filter cup on the back of the SHOCK VITALIZE Mega is designed to release air after use, helping to extend the machine's lifespan. There is no need to add water before using the device.

Screen not lighting up?

Unplug the power cord from both the device and the wall outlet. Wait 30 seconds, then securely reconnect the power cord to the machine and an available wall outlet. Locate the power switch on the back of the machine and ensure it is turned on.

How often should the gun be opened and cleaned?

We recommend opening and cleaning the gun after approximately 300,000 uses to ensure optimal performance. Feel free to check the usage count on the top right corner of the screen.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can contact our customer service at support@shockvitalize.com to cancel your order. 

However, an order cannot be canceled once it has been processed and shipped. You may refuse the parcel upon delivery or make a return request. We will issue a refund once we have inspected and received your parcel.

What should I do before I sign for my parcel?

First you should confirm the tracking information and the outer packaging, check if there are any breakages or abnormal damage. 

Please open your parcel in front of the courier to confirm the quantity and marque of merchandise and packing list. If there is anything abnormal, please contact support@shockvitalize.com.  

What should I do if my parcel was damaged upon delivery?

If you noticed that your parcel is damaged when you sign for it, please request the courier to make a remark on the shipping label. 

Please keep the original packaging and send an email to support@shockvitalize.com as soon as possible. Be sure to include pictures of the damage and your order number in your message.
